I guess Nanao started to cry over something. Most likely over something he thinks he can't do or whatever. It's rare, because he's a really cocky son of a bitch and usually refuse to give up. EVER.
So I guess this whatever thing he's gonna/gotta do is pretty much impossible. XD

And along comes Betelguese, being all "perfect boyfriend-ish" to cheer up the little shrimp. Yeah. Even though I'm pretty sure it's not very appreciated by Nanao. XD
I bet there's a bitchslap around the corner here... <_<
